The Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan started the "Nanotechnology Support Network" from 2007 for the purpose to support nanotechnology researches. In order to utilize actively and broadly large facilities and special equipments, which are difficult to be maintained for each research organization or companies, we provide the opportunities to use such facilities and equipments in addition to technical supports to nanotechnology researchers. We also promote active research exchange between different fields or across boundaries beyond the spheres of industry, academia and government researcher group, aiming to develop nanotechnology efficiently and effectively.

Kyoto Nanotechnology Support Network

As part of the nanotechnology support project promoted by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, Japan, the precise analysis support of nanosize materials is offered under cooperation of Advanced Research Institute of Nanoscale Science and Engineering, Venture Business Laboratory and Institute for Chemical Research in Kyoto University. You can use numbers of equipment being related to nanostructure and nanoelectronic state analyses, evaluation of electronic physical nanoscale properties and nano-fabrications (See Support equipment list). The researchers in Kyoto University who have deep knowledge and plentiful experience on the equipments will support in cooperative research with you.
